Formed back in 2009, Vapors is a Bay Area-based Bangla band that brings to life a diverse range of songs, ranging from soul-stirring traditional folk to more contemporary urban rock. Vapors evolved over the years by embracing the talents of several singers and musicians, who have been a part of its journey and kept alive its unwavering passion for live performance along the way. Vapors is all about pushing the boundaries of Bangla music, experimenting with new sounds and unique arrangements, infusing elements of rock and improvised jazz in traditional melodies, all while deeply connected to our roots. The Vaporites, as we like to call ourselves, strive to delight our audience through our energetic and engaging stage presence. We are on a mission to spread our infectious love for Bangla music far and wide, in a spirit that transcends cultural, ethnic, and language barriers and diffuses through a broader global audience across generations.
