At Band Festival Inc, we are passionate about fostering vibrant music communities.
Our primary motto is to create a platform for emerging bands and artists to present in front of a diverse Asian diaspora of music lovers in North America. We also organize Live concerts of Touring Bands from overseas to support the causes.
Our platform serves as a hub for connecting enthusiasts, promoting cultural exchange, and showcasing diverse talents.
Band Festival Inc. was incorporated in California and organized exclusively for non-profit purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS primarily to promote music and also to possibly contribute to charitable causes.

Our Leadership Team
Pradip Sen
Pradip Sen As our President, Pradip Sen wears multiple hats with grace. Beyond setting our strategic direction and representing us on various fronts, Pradip is deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of our mission. Pradip is one of the founding members of popular Bay area based Bengali band “Sampaan” and a fine Keyboard player himself.
Santanu Bhattacharya
Santanu serves as the Vice President of Band Festival Inc. He is a visionary and also a doer at Core. Santanu’s wealth of knowledge in sound reinforcement technologies and live sound arrangement, ensures our events deliver exceptional quality. Being a founder of several popular non-profit community organizations in the SF Bay area, Santanu actively steers the strategic direction of BandFest, while taking an active role in shaping our events as the Technical director.
Sanjib Saha
Sanjib Saha, our Secretary, is the guardian of precision and compliance. His meticulous record-keeping, document management, and attention to regulatory details keep our operations running smoothly. Sanjib’s dedication to music and string instruments makes him a known face in the diaspora community. Sanjib also runs his own band goes by the name “BBTG“.
Sushanta Chakraborty
Sushanta Chakraborty, our Treasurer, manages the financial heartbeat of Band Festival Inc. His strategic financial planning and fiscal stewardship ensure the sustainability of our organization. Sushanta is a singer, an astute musician and runs his own Band “Bong Connection“. Sushanta also served in leadership position in local community organizations.
