Born amidst the joyous celebrations of Durga Puja in 2023 and solidified in early 2024, “Mohona” is a band that brings together passionate musicians, adults and kids, on the brink of an endless sea of musical opportunities. The name “Mohona” which is a Bengali meaning of Estuary, reflects the idea of knitting multiple genres of music into a contemporary framework, also in multiple languages, much like multiple streams meeting the sea at the estuary.

With a focus on delivering high-quality musical and vocal renditions, Mohona delves into Classical Rock, Rock Fusions, Soft Rock, Alternate Rock, Folk Rock and contemporary melodies. Through their music Mohona has been able to create impactful performances that resonate with listeners.
